How To Follow Up With A Ticket

Note: If you don't have a ticket and you need to open one, refer to: How To Create A New Ticket

Option 1

1- Navigate to: https://www.fajer.it/ in your browser

2- Click on "Sign in" as shown below

3- Enter your credentials then click on "Sign In"

Note: if you are facing a problem or don't have an account, contact the IT team to create one via this email: IT@fajergroup.com

3- Navigate to Tickets(##)

4- Choose the ticket you want to follow up with, them click on the subject

5- You'll be able to view all the responses from support team. Also, You can use the lower section to type your response then click "Post Reply" to send your response to the support team.

1- Open your email

2- Reply to the notification email you received
